Free during the launch
During the launch phase, NIVOZA is free for property agencies: account, listings, photos and incoming requests.
Prices may be introduced later, per listing or as a monthly plan. If so, we will tell you by e-mail and in your agency space at least 60 days in advance, with the prices and terms.
Nothing will be charged without your express consent. If you do not choose a paid plan, you owe nothing: your listings then move to the free plan available at that time, if there is one, or are deactivated. You can close your account at any time, free of charge.
For home seekers, searching, comparing and sending requests are free.
Publish your homes for rent and for sale on NIVOZA, the Swiss portal that helps people choose.
