NIVOZA uses only technical cookies, needed for the website to work. No audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies, and no advertising partners. That is why we do not show you a consent banner.

These cookies come from www.nivoza.ch. No cookie from another website is set. The map comes from a federal service (swisstopo): your browser connects to it directly, without cookies, and your IP address reaches it. See the privacy policy.
Sign-in with Google or Apple is not open today. If it opens one day, two more technical cookies will serve for the time of the sign-in: nz_oauth (10 minutes) and nz_oauth_signup (15 minutes).
Your browser's local storage
Some features keep information only in your browser, without storing it on our servers as long as you are not signed in:
- the Comparator selection (up to three listings);
- your favourites, if you have no account; they join your account when you sign in;
- your Radar profile (chosen criteria);
- the address of a Radar alert started before sign-up, with its criteria; it is erased once the alert is created.
What we do not use
No Google Analytics or other audience measurement tool, no advertising pixel, no social media button that tracks your visit. The number of views per page is counted on our server, without cookies and without personal data.
If this ever changes
If we ever wanted to use a cookie that is not strictly technical, we would first ask for your consent, with a "Refuse" button as visible as the "Accept" button. Without an answer, nothing would be set. This page and its date would be updated beforehand.
How to refuse or delete them
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Without the nz_session cookie, you cannot sign in; without nz_lang, the website is shown in your browser's language. The rest of the website works.
Mobile app
The app does not use cookies. Your sign-in is kept in your device's secure storage; it is deleted when you sign out or delete the app. More information: privacy policy.
