Operator

NIVOZA is a portal operated by Benjamin Hagenbuch, Chemin du Bois-Gentil 23, 1018 Lausanne, Switzerland. NIVOZA is a brand name, not a company. Summit & Co. Sàrl, the company Benjamin Hagenbuch plans to found, will take over the operation once it is entered in the commercial register.

Commercial register and UID

The operator is not entered in the commercial register and has no UID number. During the launch phase, NIVOZA is free and collects nothing.

VAT

The operator is not entered in the VAT register. Once registered, the VAT number will appear here and on every invoice.

The role of NIVOZA

NIVOZA publishes listings from agencies and owners after a check by a person, and passes on to them the requests of people looking for a home (viewing, message, application). NIVOZA is not a landlord, a seller or a broker. NIVOZA is not a party to contracts between agencies or owners and users, and receives no commission on those contracts. Each listing is the responsibility of the agency or owner who publishes it. Fictional examples are marked "Fictional example".

Liability for content

We check listings before publication, but we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or still available. The results of the Radar and the True Budget are aids to choosing and estimates, not advice or predictions.

Reporting unlawful content

Does a listing, photo or message seem unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or contrary to your rights (for example your copyright or your image rights)? Use the "Report" button or write to contact@nivoza.ch, with the link to the content and the reason. An authority can write to us at the same address. Our moderation rules explain what follows a report and how to challenge a decision.

Links to other websites are given for information. We are not responsible for their content.

Swiss law. The terms of use specify the place of jurisdiction. The legal texts exist in French, German, Italian and English; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
